Refund policy

Our Promise: We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you're not, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility: To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn or unused, with its original packaging. 

How to Start a Return: Contact us at aliciab@tire-rite.com. Once your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Important Note: Please do not send items back to us without first requesting a return, as they will not be accepted.
