Refund policy

Our Promise: We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you're not, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Policy: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact condition you received it—unworn, unused, and in its undamaged original packaging. Returns approved in advance and sent back in original packaging are subject to our standard 5% restocking fee. 

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs on returned items. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

How to Start a Return: Contact us at aliciab@tire-rite.com. Once your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Important Note: Please do not send items back to us without first requesting a return, as they will not be accepted.
