Shipping Days: Orders ship on Tuesdays and Thursdays, excluding holidays. Tracking info is emailed immediately upon shipment.

International Orders: Global shipping is available. All customs duties, taxes, and local import fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Damaged Items: We are not responsible for carrier damage but will actively assist you with the claim process. Please contact us immediately upon delivery if there is an issue.
